Send botanical names where possible. Trade names vary between markets, so a reference photo helps us understand the exact form, colour or growth habit you want. For caudiciforms, include the caudex diameter and overall height; for cacti, include height or diameter and whether you need a uniform batch.
Tell us the quantity per item and whether you can consider a close alternative. We then check options against the requested size range and share relevant photos or specifications for your review.

How we confirm an order.
We discuss the available plant selection, final specification, order quantity, packing, freight plan and paperwork before payment. Trial orders start at USD 200. The written quotation or invoice records the agreed terms, including any packing and shipping costs. Plant availability may change with the season and cannot be guaranteed from sample photographs alone.
