Wholesale ordering terms.
These points explain our inquiry process. The written quotation or invoice confirms the terms of a particular order.
Availability and quotations
Plant photos and descriptions are illustrative. Varieties, sizes, condition, quantities and prices are confirmed before an order is accepted. A quote may change if specifications or availability change.
Payment
Trial orders start at USD 200. For orders of USD 500 or less, PayPal, credit card or bank transfer is supported. For orders above USD 500, payment is by bank transfer. Final payment instructions are provided in the quotation or invoice.
Packing and shipping
Packing format, shipping method, costs and estimated timing are agreed per order. Live plants may require different preparation depending on the type of plant and destination.
Import documents
Buyers should check local import permits and quarantine rules before ordering. Please tell us what paperwork is required so we can confirm what can be arranged.
Changes and issues
Any order changes, claims or refund terms should be agreed in the written quotation or invoice. Contact us promptly at info@chinaaridplants.com if an issue arises.
