Step 1: Send Your Wholesale Plant Buying List

A useful buying list gives us enough detail to check suitable plants and ask focused questions. Start with your priorities; a spreadsheet, a short email or a WhatsApp message is welcome.

You provide

  • Plant names or labelled reference photos
  • Target size and quantity for each item
  • Destination country, city or port

We confirm

  • Whether the requested forms can be checked
  • Missing details needed for sourcing
  • Your priorities and acceptable alternatives

Before the next step

  • Every requested item has a separate line
  • Must-have requirements are identified
  • A reply contact and destination are included

Build a list that can be quoted

Give each plant a line number and, where known, its botanical name or cultivar. Common names can refer to different plants, so attach a clear photograph when identification is uncertain. For a mixed order, separate each variety and size instead of giving only one total quantity. We can then review the list item by item and keep later photos, prices and packing notes linked to the same line numbers.

Describe size, quantity and purpose

Tell us whether you need young growing material, retail-ready pots or individual specimens. State a target range for plant height, body diameter or caudex size, and say whether that measurement includes the pot. Add the quantity per item and explain which specifications are essential. If an approximate form is acceptable, describe the permitted alternatives rather than leaving substitution open-ended.

Share destination and practical preferences

Include the destination country and the receiving city, airport or seaport if already selected. Tell us whether you prefer potted or bare-root plants and whether you have an importer or freight agent. Send any current written import requirements you already hold. A desired arrival date is useful for planning, but it becomes an agreed schedule only after plant readiness, packing and route options have been reviewed.

Start small and keep decisions clear

Trial orders start at USD 200. Tell us your intended plant budget and whether it also needs to cover packing and freight; these amounts must be distinguished in the quotation. You do not need to choose a payment method at this first stage. Availability review comes next, followed by specifications, packing, a written quotation and order confirmation. Send your list to our contact page, WhatsApp or info@chinaaridplants.com.
